MORE ABOUT ME

With over twenty-five years of experience in the fashion apparel and textile industry, Debora led design, merchandising, and sourcing teams in developing both national and international brands. No longer content to focus solely on profit, Debora passionately pursues opportunities to use creativity to make a positive impact on the lives and communities of others. Her vision of leveraging business as a tool to support vulnerable communities led her to launch the brands Casita No. 8 and Common Project Artisan Market. Debora brings creative solutions that inspire hope and generate opportunities for better lives.

In 2018, Debora earned her Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. In 2016, she co-founded the Little Things Matter Foundation with her late husband, Barry Annino, with the mission to create opportunities and well-being in underserved Hispanic communities through small-scale investments that generate significant impact. Since its inception, the Little Things Matter Foundation has provided grants to support education, economic empowerment, and holistic well-being programs. Debora continues to serve as the Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors.
